HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
We will issue an invoice for bank transfer payment once the order numbers are confirmed.
WHEN SHOULD I SEND THE ORDER FORM?
We need 2-3 working days before the delivery date to process and schedule your orders. Kindly speak with us at info@bootstrapbeverages.com for orders more than 50 sets.
WHEN WILL MY COLD BREWS BE DELIVERED?
You will be able to set your deliveries according to the following delivery schedule:
Weekdays: 12:30 - 18:30pm or 19:00 - 22:00pm
Saturdays: 10:00am - 16:00pm
For orders more than 50 sets, we suggest two delivery dates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPENT DID NOT RECEIVE THE GIFT SET?
Our delivery crew will give recipents and call prior to the delivery, however if no one is at home or if no one responds, this will be considered a failed delivery. All redeliveries will have an $8 delivery cost.
